This page outlines everything you need to know about our production timelines, shipping methods, delivery zones, and rush order options across the United States.

Production Timeline

Every order placed with UsBoxesCo goes through a structured production cycle to ensure precision printing, accurate die cutting, and consistent finishing on every box.

Standard Production: 7 to 8 business days from final artwork approval.

Shipping Transit: 3 to 5 business days within the United States after production is complete.

Total Turnaround: approximately 10 to 13 business days from artwork approval to delivery at your address.

Production begins only after you have reviewed and approved your digital proof or 3D mockup. Until that approval is received, the production clock does not start. We strongly recommend reviewing your proof carefully, since any changes after approval will reset the production timeline.

Expedited Production Service

Need your custom boxes faster? Our Expedited Production Service is available for time sensitive product launches, retail deadlines, trade shows, and last minute reorders. Expedited orders are prioritized in our queue and produced ahead of standard jobs.

Availability of expedited service depends on order size, material, and current production load. Please contact our team at sales@usboxesco.com or speak with your account manager before placing the order to confirm rush availability and pricing.

Shipping Coverage

UsBoxesCo proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our central Illinois location, in the heart of the American Midwest, allows us to reach both East and West coast customers faster and at lower freight cost than coastal competitors.

Shipping Carriers

We work with the most trusted U.S. logistics partners to ensure your custom boxes arrive safely and on schedule. Depending on order size and destination, we ship through:

1- FedEx

2- UPS

3- USPS

4- DHL (for select international destinations)

Freight carriers for large bulk and pallet orders

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched from our facility.

Free Shipping Across the USA

UsBoxesCo offers 100% free standard shipping on all custom box orders within the continental United States. There are no hidden freight fees, no surprise surcharges, and no fuel adjustments at checkout.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, additional shipping charges may apply due to remote location surcharges from carriers. Our team will confirm the exact freight cost before processing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

1. A confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. A direct tracking link to your assigned carrier.

3. Estimated delivery date based on your shipping address.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your shipping date, please reach out to our support team and we will resolve it immediately.

Delivery Issues

We do everything within our control to ensure smooth, on time delivery. However, once a package leaves our facility, transit is handled by third party carriers. UsBoxesCo is not directly responsible for delays caused by:

Weather events, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Customs delays for international shipments.

Holiday season volume slowdowns at carriers.

If your order is delayed beyond the carrier's promised window, please contact us with your tracking number and we will help investigate, file claims when applicable, and find the fastest resolution.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives damaged in transit or shows a manufacturing defect on our end, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. After review, qualifying defects on our end will be reprinted and reshipped to you at no additional cost. This is part of our quality promise to every U.S. brand we serve.

Please note: because every order is fully customized and printed to your approved artwork, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds based on design preference, color interpretation, or specification changes after artwork approval.

Production and Shipping Cutoff Times

Orders approved before 3:00 PM CST on a business day will begin production the same day. Orders approved after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends and federal holidays will begin production the next business day.

We do not manufactured or ship on: Saturdays and Sundays.
