Built Around Your Tube, Not The Closest Stock Size

A doe foot wand tube, a squeeze tube, a lip oil bottle and a chunky glitter gloss all sit differently inside a carton. Stock packaging makes you pick the nearest size and live with the gap.

We build to your measurements in:

• Straight tuck end and reverse tuck end folding cartons
• Window boxes with a clear PET panel

For sets and kits we cut inserts and dividers so a four-tube or six-tube pack arrives with every piece exactly where you placed it.

Send us the tube height, the diameter at the widest point and the cap size, or post us a sample. You get a dieline back before anything goes near a printing plate.

Materials That Survive The Courier, Not Just The Shelf

A tube that moves inside its box rubs the print and turns up scratched. That one order usually costs you the second one.

Here is what we print on and where each stock makes sense:

SBS paperboard, 16pt to 24pt: The default for retail cartons. 16pt to 18pt is the sweet spot for a single gloss tube. Below that the panel creases at the folds and the box loses its shape in a stack.

Kraft paperboard, 16pt to 18pt: For clean beauty and refill lines where the uncoated look is the point.

Greyboard 1.5mm to 3mm, wrapped in art paper: Used for two piece rigid boxes. This is a different construction from a folding carton, not a thicker version of one.

E flute corrugated: For mailers and multipacks that ship on their own without an outer carton.

If you are shipping direct to customers rather than into a retailer's warehouse, say so when you enquire. An ecommerce box takes a very different beating from a shelf carton, and we spec it differently.

A die-cut window shows the real shade instead of asking shoppers to trust a printed swatch. For gloss that matters more than it does for almost any other cosmetic, because the colour in the tube is the product.

Finishes

Foil stamping in gold, silver, rose gold and holographic. Gloss, matte and soft touch lamination. Spot UV. Embossing and debossing.

Two things worth knowing before you choose. Soft touch laminate feels expensive but shows fingerprints, so it works better on a gift box than on a tester that fifty people will handle. And foil needs clear space around it in your artwork, so we will flag it if your logo is too fine for a clean stamp.

Every finish runs across every size and style, so a 10ml everyday gloss and a limited edition set can carry the same look.

Printing and Label Information

We print CMYK for full colour artwork and match Pantone where your brand palette depends on an exact shade. If you have a brand book, send it with your files.

We also lay out the information your label legally needs. In the United States, the FDA requires cosmetics to carry an ingredient declaration, the net quantity of contents, and the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer or distributor. Small tubes often qualify for off tube labelling, which means that copy lands on your carton. Send us your ingredient list and we will set it at a size that stays legible after printing. 

Check the final layout with your own regulatory contact before you approve it, since responsibility for label accuracy sits with the brand.

One Supplier For The Rest of the Range

A lineup that does not match loses the shelf presence you paid for. Your lip liner boxes and lipstick boxes need the same stock, the same finish and the same colour match as your gloss cartons, otherwise the set reads as three different brands.
