Order Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with usboxesco.com move through the following stages:

  • Stage 1: Order is received and confirmation sent to client

  • Stage 2: Design setup done and job sent for pre-press

  • Stage 3: Order is in the middle of the production process

  • Stage 4: Order produced and ready for shipping

If the customer requests to cancel an order at Stage 1, no cancellation charges will be applied. If the customer wants to cancel the order during Stage 2, 20% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee to cover design and pre-press charges. If the client wants to cancel the order during Stage 3, 60% of the total order amount will be charged as a cancellation fee to cover production charges. An order cannot be cancelled in Stage 4.

Refund Policy

All orders placed with usboxesco.com are customized and produced according to customer requirements. Due to the customized nature of these orders, refunds are not available on customer orders.
If you believe your order is defective, you must contact us immediately. If we verify that the error is on our end, we will reprint the order free of cost.

Customers must return the received product within 15 days to qualify for a free replacement. There will be no return cost. Returns will not be accepted if the products have been used.

Deadlines & Delayed Orders

UsBoxesCo in no way is responsible for damages that may occur due to the delayed delivery of orders. We will try our best to meet customer timelines; however, in the case of a delay in delivery, the maximum amount that we are liable for shall not exceed the total order amount of the packaging ordered with us.

If your orders are very time-sensitive, please note that we do not guarantee 100% timely delivery, as delays may occur during production or the shipping process.

Affiliate Printers

We print almost all orders in-house at our facility, but some orders may be routed to our affiliated printers in the United States, UK, and Canada. Order routing depends on the specifications and timing of each job. We usually inform customers about job routing; however, in some cases, routing may be done at the last moment due to print queue load, and customers may not receive prior notification. UsBoxesCo reserves the right to change its policy without any prior notice.
