Sleeve boxes pair a printed outer sleeve with an inner tray, which makes seasonal or limited edition reprints cheap since only the sleeve changes. Inserts That Keep The Lash Band Intact

A lash that arrives with a bent band is a refund and a lost customer, so the insert matters as much as the box. We fit flocked trays that grip the lash without pulling fibers, foam padding for rigid boxes, and cardstock dividers for multi-pair sets.

Every insert is cut to your tray dimensions so nothing slides during shipping. For ecommerce brands shipping single units in poly mailers, we can add a slightly heavier board weight to survive handling without a shipping box around it.

Printing and Finishes

We print in full color CMYK and match brand colors with the Pantone system so your pink stays the same pink across every reorder. Your logo, lash name, curl type, band length, style number, and application instructions can all sit on the box in a layout that reads cleanly at shelf size.

For finish, gold and rose gold foil stamping are the most requested in this category, followed by holographic foil for bolder brands. Soft touch lamination gives the box a velvet feel that reads premium in the hand. Spot UV, embossing, and debossing add texture to a logo without adding much cost. Matte and gloss lamination protect the print either way.

Materials

We build lash boxes from SBS-coated board for clean full-color print, rigid chipboard for magnetic and drawer styles, kraft paperboard for natural and minimal brands, and recycled paperboard for lines with a sustainability claim. Board weights run 12pt to 24pt for folding cartons, with rigid builds using thicker wrapped board. Stocks are FSC certified and recyclable.
